My biggest issue is that in all the literature I received it mentioned I would receive 2 key fobs and I was only given one. (Not a technician issue but the initial sales/ phone)

Due to the extensive amount of carpeting, the technician was asked to remove his shoes while working within the house. He graciously complied with this request. An overall evaluation of the technician's service call can be summed up as being efficient, informative, courteous, thorough and professional.
